Al Barakah School Timings 2024-2025

Al Barakah School operates on Saturdays during term time only. Arrival and pick up must be punctual. Parents can drop-off their children from 9.15am onwards.

Students who arrive later than 15 minutes will have to miss the first lesson and wait for the next one (young students will have to wait with their parents / guardians).

We are unable to accommodate late arrival or early leaver requests, except in very limited circumstances and with an authorised reason. Permission must be requested and granted via email in advance of the Saturday (supporting documentation may be required). Arriving late or leaving early should not be a regular occurrence as not only do students lose out on valuable learning time, but it also causes much disruption to the class.

Pick-up:

  • If you have more than one child attending Al Barakah at different staggered times, please note that you can drop all of your children off at the earlier drop-off time and collect all of your children at the later pick-up time. We will have dedicated staff members with these students. (E.g. siblings in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 3 – you can drop both children off at 9.40am and pick both children up at 1.10pm).

Drop-off: 

  • Please remember we also have the early drop-off system from 9.15am – students can be dropped in the main reception area and a member of staff will take them to the correct drop-off point at the relevant time.
  • There are also members of staff at the gate who can safely walk your child to the correct drop-off point – please utilise these services.
